Self-assessment form

The self-assessment form can be used at the faculty and department levels to assess the effort made to improve gender balance and equality at the institution.A completed form shows what has been done and can also indicate which areas require additional work.Thereafter, you can choose one or two areas that the faculty or department wants to continue working on (for more information refer to the section on action plans).

One person should be responsible for completing the form, however, they can consult others with relevant information, for example, a former head of department or dean, and administrative personnel. Ignore questions that do not apply to the department. The results of the assessment form should be downloaded (PDF) and saved. The form can then be completed again and compared to earlier answers every two to four years.
